Noah J. Rosenkrantz


Noah brings over 19 years of experience building organizations responsible for the development and delivery of innovative supply chain execution and decision-support solutions.

Prior to GreenLine Systems, Noah was the co-founder and VP of Strategy for Capstan Systems (later sold to Qiva, Inc.).  Capstan’s Global Trade Management software was used to manage international logistics and customs compliance by Fortune 1000 companies.  As a Principal in ZEFER Corporation’s Supply Chain Practice, Noah was responsible for designing transformation solutions for companies in the Retail, High – Tech Manufacturing, and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industries.

Noah’s approach to solution design is informed by many years managing supply chain operations. As the EVP of Operations for Provinance, he designed and implemented an international logistics network for the warehousing, quality control, and distribution of fine wine.  Noah has also worked in import/export operations in fresh produce and packaged foods in Costa Rica, Argentina, Chile and Venezuela.

Noah has a BA in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.

Scott Suhy

Chief Executive Officer

Scott brings over 20 years of experience in leading people and driving growth with a focus on customer satisfaction, sales execution, and high quality delivery of products and services.  Scott has a great balance of deep technical skills, broad leadership, and business experience.

Prior to joining GreenLine Systems, Scott co-founded PointAbout Inc.  As CEO of PointAbout, Scott helped build a successful mobile solutions company  providing software and services through its two operating entities, AppMakr (Products) and Point About (Services).  PointAbout was identified by Fast Company as one of the top 3 mobile services companies in the US.

Prior to PointAbout, Scott was the General Manager of Microsoft’s Public Sector Business Development organization where he led multiple teams responsible for complex Health and Human Services, Homeland Security, Defense, and Education opportunities.

Scott previously spent five years as the General Manager for the Microsoft Mid-America district where he managed a 300 million dollar sales organization across the states of Missouri, Kansas, and Tennessee.  Prior to his role as General Manager for the Mid-America district, Scott held roles such as Managing Consultant and Principal Consultant.  Before joining Microsoft in 1992, Scott held technical and management positions with organizations such as Computer Task Group and Texas Instruments.

Scott has a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.

Maureen Wilson

Board of Directors

Maureen brings extensive experience in leadership, finance, and administration.

Prior to joining GreenLine Systems, she was the President, CEO, and Co-Founder of Zolera Systems, a software security company focused on server based encryption and digital signatures. She handled all aspects of company formation, including incorporation, hiring, and administrative functions while setting the vision and developing the business plan and model. She has also served as the interim CEO of, and was the COO/CFO of CertCo, Inc.

Maureen also served as Chief of Staff and Director of Worldwide Operations, Network Products and Business Division at Digital Equipment Corporation.

Maureen has a BA in Mathematics from Merrimack College, an MA in Mathematics from University of Massachusetts, and has completed programs in International Management at Columbia University and Industry Business Management at INSEAD.

Ryan Fuller

Director of Finance

Ryan brings over 13 years of experience in accounting, finance and tax.  He is focused on the financial architecture of the company with concentration on government compliance and international solutions.

Prior to GreenLine Systems, he was a principal at a Washington DC based general contractor that specialized in commercial applications in private and government industries.  As a Principal, he assisted in building a successful team that managed day-to-day operations of two operating companies and twelve real estate partnerships.

He started his career at a top ten national public accounting firm based in Washington DC and has a BS in accounting and management from the University of Pittsburgh and a MBA from the University of Maryland Smith School.

Paul Kerstanski

Defense and Intelligence

With over 35 years experience of Air Force, Naval, and civilian career experience, Paul is responsible for market development and acts as GreenLine’s lead Subject Matter Expert for our Defense and Intelligence customers with a focus on solutions for Maritime Security Cooperation and Information Sharing.

As a U.S. Naval Officer, Paul was the sole U.S. Navy contact with numerous high-level foreign and U.S. civilian maritime officials in the Persian Gulf.  As a result of his extensive work in the Middle East, Paul possesses a working knowledge of the Arabic Language and in-depth understanding of the region.

Additionally, Paul managed major upgrades to large analytical systems, requiring close coordination with program managers, contractors, and Navy support organization personnel during implementation and deployment.  Under Paul’s leadership, Interim Authority to Operate (IATO) and Final Authority to Operate (FATO) were achieved for the Navy’s main maritime analytical system.

Paul holds a BA in Political Science from The Ohio State University and a MA in International Security Studies from the Naval War College.

Christopher Thibedeau

Worldwide Customs, Regulatory and Law Enforcement

With over 23 years of experience and insight into border security, risk assessment, customs modernization, and the design and development of automated targeting systems, Chris is responsible for market development and acts as lead Subject Matter Expert for our Customs, Regulatory and Law Enforcement customers.

Chris previously held leadership roles in Enforcement, Operations and Major Projects with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) where he was awarded a GTEC (Government of Canada Technology Award) gold medal and the Canadian Public Service Award of Excellence for his work leading the design and development teams responsible for the TITAN automated risk assessment system.  Chris is a co-author of the World Customs Organization’s (WCO) Customs Risk Management Study, the Inter-American Development Bank’s Knowledge and Capacity Product (KCP) on Risk Management of Cargo and Passengers, and the WCO’s “Global Container Security and Identification of High Risk Indicators” that served as a core input to the General High Risk Indicator (GHRI) document. The GHRI now forms a major component of the “WCO Framework of Standards to Secure and Facilitate Global Trade.”

Chris holds a BA in English from Acadia University.

Greg Farrer

Product Engineering

Greg oversees the development of GreenLine’s iBench™ and MDA Watchkeeper™ products as well as data center operations.  With more than 15 years of experience in enterprise software engineering and deployment, Greg has extensive experience in the strategy, design, development, implementation, and management of technical solutions to meet rapidly-changing business needs.

Prior to joining GreenLine Systems, Greg held several management positions at JPMorgan Chase Vastera.  Greg’s contributions helped grow a small start-up technology company (Vastera) into a 600+ employee globally company which was purchased by JPMorgan Chase.

Greg holds a BA in Foreign Affairs and history from the University of Virginia.

Charles J. Miller

Consulting Services

With over 30 years of experience, Chuck is the leader of our Consulting Services team, overseeing the delivery of our strategy consulting and custom software solutions.

Prior to co-founding GreenLine Systems, Chuck served as West Region Director of ZEFER Corporation’s Security and Risk Management Practice and developed ZEFER’s information security risk management protocols.

He also served as General Counsel for ID Certify, Inc., and for CertCo, Inc., a leading edge company in the area of identity risk management.  While at CertCo he was directly involved in the creation of Identrus, LLC, a consortium of global banks intended to provide root certification authority and related risk management products and services through the global banking system.

Chuck holds a BA degree from Dartmouth College and a JD degree from Hastings College of the Law.  He is admitted to practice law in the State of California.

Sabet Chowdhury

Chief Technology Officer

Sabet is responsible for shaping the company’s technology vision and driving innovation across all customer solutions.

Sabet has over 19 years of experience in product development, software engineering, technology consulting, and IT operations. Prior to joining GreenLine, he was the Director of Engineering at Touchpoint where he was responsible for the development and management of personalized, digital print-on-demand solutions for mass-market consumers as well as Fortune 500 clients. Prior to that, Sabet was the Vice President of Technology at PointSpeed where he was responsible for the development and management of a hosted e-procurement service for Fortune 500 clients.

Sabet has a broad technology background in border security, supply chain / logistics, maritime domain awareness, electronic commerce, e-procurement, enterprise application integration, SaaS applications, and data center operations. He attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology majoring in Electrical Engineering.

Henry Tang

Director of Technology Canada

Henry has over 15 years experience as an IM/IT professional as a software engineer, technology consultant and team leader. He currently oversees and leads our Canadian technology deployment .

Prior to joining Greenline System, Henry worked a numerous technology starts-ups helping in  all aspects of the business. He attended Carleton University studying Computer Engineering.
