Noah J. Rosenkrantz, President &
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Rosenkrantz brings over fifteen years of experience in developing
innovative and effective solutions for supply chain management.
Prior to co-founding GreenLine Systems, Mr. Rosenkrantz was the
co-founder, and VP of Strategy for Capstan Systems (later sold to
Qiva, Inc.), an award-winning provider of supply chain execution
software used to manage international logistics and customs compliance
by Fortune 1000 companies such as Esprit, Liz Claiborne, KLA-Tencor
and Michelin. As a Principal in ZEFER, Inc.’s Supply Chain
Practice, he developed information technology transformation strategies
for F1000 enterprises in CPG, High – Tech Manufacturing and
Retail organizations. Additionally, Noah was a leader of ZEFER’s
Supply Chain technology alliance partnership team, responsible for
selecting and developing strategic relationships with key Supply
Chain technology vendors.
Mr. Rosenkrantz’ approach to solution design is informed
by many years managing supply chain operations. As the EVP of Operations
for Provinance he designed and implemented an international logistics
network for the warehousing, quality control and distribution of
fine wine. As a Trader in Bulk and Packaged Foods at Otis McAllister,
Inc., Mr. Rosenkrantz was responsible for all aspects of procurement,
logistics and settlement of shipments to and from Argentina, Chile
and Venezuela. Mr. Rosenkrantz has also worked in Costa Rica as
export manager for a fresh produce company. Mr. Rosenkrantz has
a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
Charles J. Miller, Vice President, Risk Management & General
Counsel
Mr. Miller brings over twenty years of experience advising companies
on security and risk compliance technologies and practices.
Prior to co-founding GreenLine Systems, Mr. Miller served as West
Region Director of Zefer Corporation’s Security and Risk Management
Practice. In that role he was responsible for developing Zefer’s
information security risk management protocols, as well as providing
security strategy consulting for health care and financial services
clients, both at Zefer and subsequently as a private consultant.
Mr. Miller has also served as General Counsel for ID Certify, Inc.,
a certification authority start-up in Seattle, and as General Counsel
for CertCo, Inc., a leading edge company in the area of identity
risk management. While at CertCo he was directly involved in the
creation of Identrus, LLC, a consortium of global banks intended
to provide root certification authority and related risk management
products and services through the global banking system.
As a member of the American Bar Association’s Information
Security Committee, Mr. Miller was a principal author of the ABA’s
Digital Signature Guidelines. He participated in drafting digital
signature legislation on regulation in Utah, Washington and California.
He is a continuing education lecturer in the area of digital signatures
and electronic contracting risk. Mr. Miller holds a BA degree from
Dartmouth College and a JD degree from Hastings College of the Law.
He is admitted to practice law in the State of California.
Robert Moore III, Senior Vice President, Strategy & Development
Mr. Moore brings over 30 years of experience in leading both logistics
operations and supply chain information technology organizations.
As a senior executive in both the private and public sectors, Mr.
Moore has developed expertise in constructing corporate strategies
and in aligning plans, people, technology, business practices, organizations
and financing to fulfill them. He also has broad expertise in the
full range of supply chain management disciplines and in operations
analysis, reengineering, outsourcing, and the application of web
native technologies to supply chain requirements.
Previously, Mr. Moore was President and Chief Operating Officer
of From2 Global Solutions, an Internet based International Trade
Management information systems and services firm. Mr. Moore restructured
From2 from being a provider of e-tailer-centric cross border logistics
services to being a global provider of international trade information
content, trade automation and trade management systems and services.
Mr. Moore has also served as Vice President, Strategic Planning,
Development and Technology for Ryder Integrated Logistics Inc, as
well as serving a distinguished 26 year career as a Supply Corps
Officer in the United States Navy. During that period Mr. Moore
held various senior level logistics and information technology positions.
During his career, Mr. Moore has addressed numerous groups and
associations on logistics and related information technology issues.
He also served as an official and as a member of the Board of Directors
of the Naval Federal Credit Union, the world's largest credit union
with over $15 billion in assets, where he chaired the Data Processing
Committee and sat on the Planning Committee. Mr. Moore holds BA
and BS degrees from the University of Washington, an MS in Management
with an emphasis in inventory management and operations research
from the Naval Postgraduate School; and completed the Executive
Program in Business Administration at Columbia University.
Sabet Chowdhury, Vice President, Engineering
Mr. Sabet Chowdhury brings over fourteen years of start-up experience in
product development, software engineering, and IT operations.
Prior to joining GreenLine Systems, he was the Director of Engineering at
Touchpoint where he was responsible for the development and management of
personalized, digital print-on-demand solutions for mass-market consumers as
well as Fortune 500 clients such as GMAC, First Horizon, and Macy's. Prior
to that, Sabet was the Vice President of Technology at PointSpeed where he
was responsible for the development and management of a hosted e-procurement
service for Fortune 500 clients such as Wells Fargo Bank and AT&T.
Sabet has significant experience developing enterprise software for supply
chain and business-to-business integration, particularly at Pointspeed and
previously at DIS Research where he led the development of an enterprise B2B
electronic commerce platform for manufacturers and distributors. Sabet
attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology majoring in Electrical
Engineering.
Peggy Rutledge, Vice President, Maritime Solutions
Ms. Rutledge brings over 25 years of experience and insight into ocean carrier operations, IT systems and business practices.
Prior to joining GreenLine, Ms. Rutledge held the position of Director, Commercial and Regulatory Services with Hapag-Lloyd (America) Inc. where she led the Documentation, Commercial and Regulatory Affairs teams in the North American region. Ms. Rutledge has also held both operational and sales management positions at Columbus Line (Hamburg-Sud) and A.P. Moller/Maersk.
As a recognized maritime industry expert, Ms. Rutledge has served as a representative to numerous Customs - Trade working groups addressing the implementation of new information technology and business practices in both the United States and Canada. Ms. Rutledge has also served as the Executive Chair and Ocean Chair of the Customs Electronic Systems Action Committee (CESAC). CESAC is the leading forum for discussions between the international transportation sectors and U.S. Customs and Border Protection; dealing with the technical and procedural issues in the ongoing operations of the Automated Commercial System (ACS), and the Automated Manifest System (AMS), as well as addressing border security and facilitation issues impacting other US government agencies such as US Census Foreign Trade Division, FDA, and APHIS.
In 2004, Ms. Rutledge was appointed by the United States Treasury Secretary and the Commissioner of Customs to serve on the 9th round of the Departmental Advisory Committee on Commercial Operations of Customs and Border Protection, (COAC). In this role she serves as a senior industry advisor to the US Department of Homeland Security and US Customs and Border Protection on policy and technical issues related to supply chain security and trade facilitation.
Christopher Thibedeau, Vice President, Risk Assessment Solutions
Mr.Thibedeau brings over 17 years of experience and insight into border security, risk assessment frameworks, customs operations, and the design and development of automated targeting systems.
Prior to joining GreenLine, Mr. Thibedeau held the position of Manager, Canada-United States Harmonized Risk Scoring and Advance Trade Data Initiative for the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) where he led efforts towards the harmonization of Customs commercial processing and risk assessment solutions in the North American region. Mr. Thibedeau has also held management roles in CBSA’s Contraband and Intelligence Services Directorate, Information Science and Technology Branch, as well as Enforcement and Investigation Services for the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
As a member of CBSA’s Major Project Design & Development Directorate, Mr. Thibedeau conceived of and led the Canada-United States Harmonized Risk Scoring and Advance Trade Data Initiative. In 2005, Mr. Thibedeau was awarded a GTEC (Government of Canada Technology Awards) gold medal for his work leading the design and development teams responsible for TITAN. TITAN is an automated targeting system that provides CBSA with the ability to risk manage all containers and commercial cargo destined to Canada.
Mr. Thibedeau has also represented CBSA in the development of the Global Information and Intelligence Strategy (GIIS) with the World Customs Organization (WCO). He authored a WCO endorsed paper titled "Global Container Security and Identification of High Risk Indicators" that served as a core input to the General High Risk Indicator (GHRI) document. The GHRI now forms a major component of the "WCO Framework of Standards to Secure and Facilitate Global Trade," endorsed by over 169 Customs Administrations around the globe.
In addition, Mr. Thibedeau has provided operational leadership to a number of Targeting and Risk Assessment programs at CBSA, including: the Joint in-transit container Targeting Initiative (JTI), the Canada-US Marine Benchmarking Study, negotiating the use of the US Customs Automated Targeting System (ATS) in Canada, and in designing the operational plan for ACI Marine including the design of the National Risk Assessment Center (NRAC). Mr. Thibedeau holds a B.A. in English from Acadia University.
Maureen H. Wilson, Vice President, Finance & Administration
Ms. Wilson brings extensive experience in leadership, finance
and administration.
Prior to joining GreenLine Systems, she was the President, CEO
and Co-Founder of Zolera Systems, a software security company focused
on server based encryption and digital signatures. She handled all
aspects of company formation, including incorporation, hiring, and
administrative functions while setting the vision and developing
the business plan and model. She has also served as the CEO of DocumentForum.com,
and was the COO/CFO of CertCo, Inc.
Ms. Wilson has also served as Chief of Staff and Director of Worldwide
Operations, Network Products and Business Division. Ms. Wilson has
a BA in Mathematics from Merrimack College, an MA in Mathematics
from University of Massachusetts, and has completed programs in
International Management at Columbia University, and Industry Business
Management at INSEAD.
Paul Kerstanski, Senior Director for Government Solutions and Business Development
Mr. Kerstanski held various positions of increasing responsibility during a twenty-three year Air Force and Naval career.
During his military career, Mr. Kerstanski interacted with numerous high-level foreign and U.S. civilian maritime officials, establishing an extensive network among commercial maritime contacts. This background was a catalyst for starting a second career upon his retirement from the military in 2000. Mr. Kerstanski leverages this experience as he focuses his career on defense contracting and small business growth and development in the commercial maritime industry.
Mr. Kerstanski continues to offer professional consulting and technical support in areas concerning national security, maritime domain awareness, and education and training. Mr. Kerstanski is also responsible for all aspects of the government contracting cycle, identifying business opportunities, developing corporate strategic plans, responding to Requests for Proposal (RFP) and Requests for Quote (RFQ), and implementing winning solutions.
