Preparing for a Live GreenLine Product Presentation

We use Microsoft Lync for our live product presentations.

If you are looking for a presentation and have not yet scheduled a presentation see our video library here… To schedule a presentation simply send an email to info.

You can join a Microsoft Lync 2010 presentation from a computer that does not have Lync 2010 software installed.  Just follow these steps…

Step 1: Open the email meeting request we send you for the meeting and then click the Join online meeting link

Step 2: Simply choose the option Join the meeting using your web browser.

Step 3: **ONLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE MICROSOFT SILVERLIGHT INSTALLED** 

If you have Silverlight installed simply skip to step 9

If not, choose Download and install Microsoft Silverlight

Step 4: Simply continue to follow the Silverlight installation instructions as you see below…

Step 5: You may have to tell your browser it is ok to download Silverlight as you see below…

Step 6: You may have to tell the computer it is OK to install Silverlight as you see below…

Step 7: You may have to tell the computer it is OK to RUN Silverlight…

Step 8: Silverlight is installed…

Step 9: **ONLY IF YOU HAVE A POPUP BLOCKER INSTALLED**

If you have a Popup Blocker installed simply click on the option to temporarily enable popups from this stie.

Step 10: Congrats, you have entered the meeting. Now find the browser window where the Lync meeting is open…

Step 11: Now enter your name and press ‘JOIN’

Step 12: You should see a dialog box that shows you have successfully joined the meeting.  The presentation will now begin…
